Can I just say that the men who repaired my neighbour’s water leak and needed to come onto my property left the drive, which had recently been upgraded at great expense, in the same condition as they found it.  Please convey my thanks again to them and well done for keeping up such good standards.

I would like to say thanks for arranging the work at my elderly Brother In Laws house in South Molton. As an 86 year old he was concerned as to the uproar he would have to endure. There was none. Your two guys arrived as arranged and confirmed by yourselves, they were polite, amiable and efficient. The new service pipe was installed and connected to our new internal pipework, holes reinstated and site cleaned before lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending R & D Water Engineers to anyone who requires a complete quality installation.

We are completely delighted with the prompt and efficient service which R & D provided to replace our water service pipe.Our first contractor did not inspire confidence and as he was not able to undertake the work for 2 months or so we asked him to suggest a firm who could undertake the work much sooner. He suggested R&D. We checked your excellent website and using the online contact Lizzie replied immediately and arranged for Matt and Ian to visit within 2 days. They quickly gained our confidence and assured us that ‘we would not know they had been’.

You responded with a quotation the following morning, not days or even a week later.Within 2 weeks they were back with Anthony to do the work. They worked well, with minimum disruption and yes ‘ we cannot tell they have been’. The workmanship is of the highest quality, where holes were dug in the flower beds the subsoil was put back first and the top soil where it should be and plants replanted; the two paving slabs that were lifted just show the minimum of new cement. Excellent.It was a pleasure to deal with R&D; efficient and very pleasant staff from admin to those on site.
