A big thanks to you and your team for doing a fantastic job replacing our leaking water main with the absolute minimum of disruption -  you were the only company to suggest using pre-existing ducts that had been installed under our quarry tiled path, therefore saving them from being dug up to replace the pipe. Your engineers came to our home and fixed a particularly difficult to reach burst pipe, it was under our main living room!  Things like this happen in a 300 year old house with a history of unplanned extensions and no record of what was before.

They were both marvellous and treated the digging up of our floor as if it were in their own home.  They kept all work to a minimum and took away the debris with them and even cleaned my floor before leaving!

I cannot say thank you enough and recommend them as a team for their professionalism and care.

They arrived just after 0800, leaving around 1150, working solidly. They
found / repaired the leak and were extremely tidy. My lawn is back as it

They also took care not to disturb birds nesting in the hedge nearby the water meter. Policyholder couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

We are completely delighted with the prompt and efficient service which R & D provided to replace our water service pipe.Our first contractor did not inspire confidence and as he was not able to undertake the work for 2 months or so we asked him to suggest a firm who could undertake the work much sooner. He suggested R&D. We checked your excellent website and using the online contact Lizzie replied immediately and arranged for Matt and Ian to visit within 2 days. They quickly gained our confidence and assured us that ‘we would not know they had been’.

You responded with a quotation the following morning, not days or even a week later.Within 2 weeks they were back with Anthony to do the work. They worked well, with minimum disruption and yes ‘ we cannot tell they have been’. The workmanship is of the highest quality, where holes were dug in the flower beds the subsoil was put back first and the top soil where it should be and plants replanted; the two paving slabs that were lifted just show the minimum of new cement. Excellent.It was a pleasure to deal with R&D; efficient and very pleasant staff from admin to those on site.

Thank you and please thank the guys for doing such a tidy job. I could hardly tell where they had been!

I am sending my huge thanks for the finding and repair of a water leak that has been a tremendous anxiety to me for 6 weeks. During this time 6 other gentlemen have been and not one discovered the location of the leak. All this time of course impacting on the accommodation in which lives my disabled son. Ian found it and Matt concurred. I could not be more pleased with the work or the quiet respectful manner they conducted themselves and just got on with the repair. Thank you and I would be glad if you would commend them highly.
