First of all thanks very much for 'phoning this morning to let me know your workforce was delayed due to the dreadful accident on the motorway; but the real reason for this e-mail is to express my fullest appreciation of the three really nice guys who turned up and got on with the job. They were simply fantastic. I had been dreading hours of upheavel and chaos; mess everywhere. But I was so wrong. The work site was contained to the smallest possible area; the repair/renewal carried out with what seemed to me to be the very minimum of upheavel and on finishing my utility room floor was much cleaner than when they began!

Please convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to the men; I commend them and give R D Water Engineers full marks for employing such an excellent workforce. I will certainly recommend R D whenever I can and will also tell SWW of my complete satisfaction.

Can I just say a huge thank you to all of your team who were involved in sorting out my leak.

Within two days from the initial contact, Russell and Julia came out to look at the leak.  That same day, the job was booked in for repair – very promptly, the following week.

The guys have just been today to repair the leak, and to say that I am over the moon with what they have done would be an understatement.

Within 45 mins the leak was located, repaired and the garden put back to normal.  Thanks guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who has a water leak.  Your professionalism from start to finish was second to none.

My wife and I would also like you to know how delighted and impressed we are, not only with the completed job but also with the manner in which your two engineers dealt with the problem.  Nothing was too much trouble, the quality of their work was outstanding and their attitude (despite some difficult and unexpected technical problems which cropped up on more than one occasion) was hugely positive, reassuring and proactive.  Furthermore, not only did they deal with the specified work but Phil discovered two more minor leaks in the pipe work leading into the house which he also dealt with. I wanted to congratulate you and your team on clearing up a longstanding issue that Homeserve could not resolve. This brought to an end a six week (at least) chapter of painful phone conversations and broken promises. The two men who came out today were extremely professional, courteous and completed the job while keeping me fully informed. When they had gone the worksite was clean, and they had attempted to hide all trace of their digging and tunneling. It's great to see a company run in this way, so thanks for all your work that has gone before in building such a strong team. I'd like to say thank you to all the workers who came out to replace the pipes on Monday - I know they encountered some difficulties and they worked so hard to get the job done. I have spent many months trying to find a company to do the job and yours is by far the most efficient and responsive I have come across. They also left everything tidy after the work was done.
