When a mains water leak of fifteen litres per minute was discovered at the home of my elderly mother it was initially a daunting task to find the right company to undertake the repair work. I got three estimates and choose R & D as they seemed the most professional and clear about what work may be required and their pricing seemed fair and reasonable. The engineers Harry and Chris arrived punctually and were systematic and painstaking in locating the leak. They carried out replacement of the mains supply pipe, the necessary "plumbing in" inside the property, and the reinstatement of external surfaces all to a high standard whilst remaining polite and good humoured throughout the entire process. I therefore have no hesitation in giving R & D Water Engineers Ltd. a well earned five star review rating. Many thanks again.

R&D Water Engineers recently renewed the water pipes to my property and I am pleased to recommend this company unreservedly. The work was carried out in an efficient and most satisfactory manner. In addition the employees were friendly, courteous and always kept us informed of any development.

We used R&D to carry out the large job of extending the water main to 10 houses in our road. The job was a complex one involving crossing the land of three separate landowners with 10 pipes in sleeving and making connections to the ten housesl also negotiations with South West Water and complying to their requirements. Russel and his team were kind, helpful and efficient at every stage of the long drawn out process.
I would not hesitate in recommending R&D to anyone.

I am sending my huge thanks for the finding and repair of a water leak that has been a tremendous anxiety to me for 6 weeks. During this time 6 other gentlemen have been and not one discovered the location of the leak. All this time of course impacting on the accommodation in which lives my disabled son. Ian found it and Matt concurred. I could not be more pleased with the work or the quiet respectful manner they conducted themselves and just got on with the repair. Two of your engineers and a plumber came to deal with two leaks at our house yesterday. I am writing to say how absolutely delighted I was with their work. They were highly skilled polite and knowledgeable explaining exactly what they were doing. They were careful not to cause any damage to plants etc when digging the ground and replaced plants and repaired holes in concrete so that you would not have known they had carried out the work. I would happily recommend them to anybody.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at R&D water engineers for their help. We had a burst water system and no water and with 3 small children it was getting desperate. R&D were the only company who were helpful and offered to move things around so that they could get a team out to us first thing the next day.
It was a very difficult job complicated by us not being on mains water but the engineers did not leave until we had a water supply and our system was leak free. They had to do lots of digging up but left everything tidy. They were wonderful and we are so grateful as they made what was a very complex and stressful situation all good again. If only the insurance claim was as simple!!
